Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4)
1 50g jar green olives stuffed with anchovies
1 small jar chilies in vinegar
1 green pepper
60g pickled onions
Wash and chop the pepper.
Slice gherkins. Arrange chilies, olives, pickled onions, slices of pepper and gherkins on toothpicks. Serve as tapas- deliciously simple.
Tip: Half a melon skin or a round seeded loaf works well when presenting tapas.
Try varying the recipe with tomatoes, ham, melon, grapes, raisins or fish and present so it looks almost too good to eat!
