Scallop and cucumber canapés - tapas recipes


Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients (serves 6)
18 scallops
1 cucumber
4 limes
Olive oil
5 peppercorn mix
Sea salt

Marinate the scallops in the lime juice for about 10 minutes, turning them over after 5 minutes.

Cut the cucumber into long thin strips using a mandolin or potato peeler. Drain the scallops and wrap each one in a strip of cucumber.

Hold the canapés in place with cocktail sticks. Sprinkle sea salt and ground 5 peppercorn mix over them and add a dash of Olive oil. Simple and delicious.
