Fresh Local Wild

Fresh, seasonal food: Vancouver loves healthy... to a point. Ease your conscience with an Albacore Tuna Melt, or give in and try a Chanterelle Mushroom Poutine.
A little pricey, but so worth it. Go for a Dungeness crab and shrimp cake ($13) or panko-breaded oysters ($13).
The mobile version of the popular restaurant. Menues vary but can include things like halibut with coconut masala curry, Jaipur spicy goat curry, and Lucknow lamb kebabs. Irresistible.
For those who know what they want, or who can’t make decisions, this truck keeps it simple. You can only order three things: pulled pork ($7), beef brisket, sliced to order ($9), and sweet iced tea ($2.25).
Chicken lovers, step right up! Try a Brass Chicken Sandwich: beer brined rotisserie chicken in gravy, on a buttermilk bun, topped with crispy onions. Oh, and don’t forget to try a butter tart.
