If the holidays leave you feeling stressed or a little blue, know you’re not alone. Family issues and expectations can be heavy stuff, and so can the pressure of feeling like the holidays have to be picture perfect.

Know that feeling stress at the holidays is, for some, as much a part of the season as the Christmas tree. Take care of yourself to process what you’re feeling, and make sure to reach out to a good friend or therapist if you’re feeling overwhelmed.
