The cold weather is no reason for cabin fever. Bundling up and getting out into the weather is elevating for both body and soul. A long walk or run, even in the snow, is a great way to decompress during the holidays.

Another option: strap on your skis or snowshoes and go for a long romp through the woods with a friend or family member. Whatever you do, take time to enjoy the beauty of the season—even if it’s freezing!
