Exercise is a great way to stay healthy during the holidays, both physically and mentally. Not only does 45 minutes of cardiovascular exercise—or even twenty minutes or a half hour, if it’s all you’ve got!—do wonders in preventing holiday weight gain, it also helps keep you on an even keel, mentally and emotionally, during a time that is full and often emotionally intense.
