In the midst of holiday parties with colleagues and friends, big family dinners, and out of town visitors, it can be hard to find a quiet moment alone. Make sure to schedule in a little bit of time for yourself this season—even a few minutes early morning, before the day starts; a walk in the afternoon; or a peaceful bath in the evening.

Even just a half hour of quality time with yourself, for yourself, can do wonders to keep stress at bay, and to keep you grounded and peaceful.
