It never stops; work, responsabilites, projects, obligations, they all pile up. So to help you deal with it all, we've come up with some helpful tips to keep stress at bay. 

So we spoke to Anna Reich, the Fitness Expert for the The Simple Advisory Board.

She gave us some quick and easy relaxation exercises that you can try at home, on your way to work or even at your desk.

If you're feeling a little stressed, we thoroughly recommend trying out these out. They cover everything from breathing to yoga, with a little bit of shaking in between (it's not as weird as it sounds, trust us).
