Today ladies, research shows that across the board women are more stressed than we've ever been.

 
So stressed that we're losing sleep, shortening our lifespan and giving ourselves stress-related illnesses - so how can we deal with it?

That's where we come in - the dealing with it part. We wanted to find out what the best relaxation exercises are, so we spoke to Anna Reich, the Fitness Expert for The Simple Advisory Board.

She gave us some quick and easy relaxation exercises that you can try at home, on your way to work or even at your desk.

If you're feeling a little stressed, we thoroughly recommend trying these out. They cover everything from breathing to yoga, with a little bit of shaking in between (it's not as weird as it sounds, trust us).
