What do you want to change about your job now you're back from your summer break? Even something as simple as changing the position of your desk can help you see things in a different light. It's all about state of mind.

Ask yourself what makes you successful and use your talents to get what you want. If you're a stressball, get organized and plan your tasks in advance, setting time aside for emergencies.

And don't forget to enjoy what you do if you want to have good relationships with your colleagues. A bit of fun makes the office a happier place, especially in September!

Don't subject your poor workmates to your entire holiday photo album. You'll be far less popular after you've put them through all 300 pics of you singing karaoke after one too many mojitos.
