Little Women by Louisa May Alcott

Little Women by Louisa May Alcott

One for domesticated days indoors or rainy afternoons!

Little Women is the story of the four March sisters, Jo, Beth, Meg and Amy, and their lives during the American Civil War.

The March girls' father goes off to war and their family has to struggle to get by in difficult times. Little Women is the story of their lives, loves and the character flaws that they each have to overcome (vanity, temper, shyness and selfishness). Louisa May Alcott also published a sequel, Good Wives, which follows the March girls as they become adult women and get married.
