You apply the Tummy Toner all over the chest area. I found it took a while to absorb and actually ended up with bits of fluff on my skin after putting on my top! By contrast the Boob Tube is applied just to the boob area and was very quick to absorb and has an appealing fragrance which isn't overpowering. After applying the creams I felt a
tightening - the same sort of sensation that one feels when one applies a face mask.
In theory, the Tummy Toner works to improve the surface texture and tone of the skin and its ingredients include Papaya Enzymes, naturally derived Hyaluronic Acid and Soy Protein Complex which are designed to stimulate cell regeneration and plump up skin cells making them smooth so the décolletage area looks tighter. The Boob Tube cream was developed to increase the strength and elasticity of delicate skin and help prevent the inevitable reduction of collagen which is essential for keeping skin firm and strong. It is rich in Omega 3, 6, 9 plus avocado oil, shea butter, sweet almond oil and nature’s own antioxidant CoQ10.
There are two exercises designed to last for approximately 3 minutes each day. First, you lie on the floor with your knees raised holding a 1.5 litre bottle of water in each hand. You lift your arms but do not let the bottles meet. It is rather like trying to hug a very large man that you can't quite get your arms around! Then you can choose between full or half press-ups. The program requires you to begin with 20 of each of these exercises and then increase it by one each day. In reality, I actually did a few more than the stipulated amount.
