Rebecca, 26, teacher
I'm addicted to studying! I've been studying history and geography for 9 years and I love it. I'm a teacher so I spend a large part of my life working and I've always wanted to work.
I'd say that around 90% of my lessons are related to geography. That doesn't seem so much to me, there's so many things to learn and understand, so many books to read. The world is so vast that you could never cover it all. Even my holidays are based around my job, because I go to places of interest.
Before I used to go to dance classes, but I gave them up because I didn't have enough time. I've just gone through a period where I was working 10 to 12 hours a day, and I'm exhausted. I try not to work during the summer holidays so I can rest up, but it's tough. Without work, I'm at a loose end. Everything seems empty, devoid of any meaning and sense. My husband's a teacher too so it's OK because he's like me! Our life is about work.
