Always thinking ahead to the next challenge must be tiring you out, and no surprise. Here's a practical little exercise to help you get a grip on the present a bit more.  

Let time stop...
Take your watch off and put it somewhere where you can't see it. Then note down what time you think it is at intervals and compare it with real time. You'll find yourself doing things in the present and not thinking ahead constantly.
