Make a list of things that steal your time from you.
Write down everything that takes up time, for example unexpected or needlessly long phone calls, listening to people at work moaning about their problems, badly-prepared or useless meetings arranged too often, lack of action plans at work, poor delegation or your incapability to say no! Stick it on your wall and try and get rid of all the things you waste your time on.
Whenever you feel as if time is starting to get on top of you, make a new list.
