Stop stressing

To stop you from stressing about time, it's important not to take notice of expressions and tricks other people use. They might think they motivate you, but they can have the complete opposite effect!

The key: stop using and listening to expressions and orders that only cause more stress.

To help you, here are three main offenders to ignore:
- "Hurry up!" Stops you from enjoying what you're doing, puts pressure on you, and achieves very little. More haste, less speed!
- "Do it for me" When you say no and people are trying to talk you round. If you haven't the time to do it, say so, and don't make promises you can't keep - it's a slippery slope!
-"Make an effort" Forces you to try even harder at something you've already put lots of energy into. The new effort you make in response to it won't be any better than the last one; it will only stress you out and waste your time. The effort you put into juggling ten things with only one pair of hands is worthless, so know when to stop.
