Lots of men have complexs over the size of their penis because they think it's too small, but in most cases their worries are unfounded.

What's involved?
The penis is attached to the pubis by a very solid ligament. This ligament can be partially cut, visually extending the penis (it points out a bit more, but its real length doesn't change). There's also a procedure for overweight men involving liposuction around the pubis. When there's excess fat there, liposuction can help "emphasize" the penis.

Results 
These procedures allow a gain of one to two centimetres on average. It's only a little but sometimes enough for a suffering man. It's difficult to gain more, because if the surgeon cuts too much of the ligament the penis will point downwards during an erection, rather than standing up to attention. Quite embarrassing and unsightly...
