Finding a regular time
The most important thing is to do them regularly – any time, anywhere! Do them while you’re watching the news, after you brush your teeth, on the bus…try and do your exercises at the same time every day , you’ll find it easier to get into a rhythm. For real results, a little every day and you’ll soon reap the benefits between the sheets!

Persevere 
The sex gym is just like the ordinary gym in that it takes time to get results. You’ll need to do your sexercises regularly for 3 - 4 weeks before you notice a real difference.

For faster results 
Instead of doing 4-5 reps, double your exercises and go for between 10 and 30. You’ll start feeling the results within 2 weeks. But this does require more energy and motivation - and don’t let things slip once you’ve started getting results!

What if I stop?
Your muscles will slowly lose their elasticity. But after giving birth you’ll find it easier to bounce back, so to speak, because your muscles will be more toned.
