He doesn't want to have sex with me

Not only can porn have a negative effect on the addict but on their partner as well. The obvious area that porn addiction can affect is your sex life.

Paula says: "A relationship with porn addiction also has the added challenge of your own personal sexuality feeling challenged. Partners often feel hugely isolated and embarrassed by their boyfriend's pornography use.

It’s important to respect that everyone is entitled to a private masturbation life, but when your partner would rather be online than with you, then it can feel massively rejecting."

Paula says two big signs to watch out for are:
- If he’s choosing to be online and look at porn rather than have sex with you.
- If he’s struggling to get an erection or ejaculate with you.
