Stress and men's sex drive

It's quite simple, when I get home from work I'm exhausted and all I want to do is go to sleep to recuperate and escape the day's stresses. So when Emma starts nudging up to me or jumps on me, I react badly most of the time. She doesn't understand that sex is the last thing on my mind. Being anxious all the time really takes its toll on my levels of desire. In the end, I prefer to reject her advances rather than make love badly to the woman I love. For some time now, I've not even been able to get a proper erection.

> Expert's opinion
This couple are suffering from a real lack of communication, which inevitably isn't helping things in the bedroom department. But the essential thing is that there's still love so there's hope! Women often incorrectly think that men can't be affected sexually by stress, and as a result they dream up all sorts of reasons for being rejected, which most of the time makes the situation worse.

> The (getting some) action plan
It's so important that they communicate with each other and re-establish their bond in the bedroom. Instead of "jumping" on Gavin, Emma needs to find a gentler, less aggressive strategy i.e. start with a sensual massage and leave it at that. Do the same the following day, again and again, and add an extra bit of spice each time. Bit by bit, Gavin's libido will take over from any stress he's experiencing!
