There are also specific foods and vitamins that you can eat to boost your libido. Taking the vitamin ginkgo biloba can help to raise your hormones and get you in the mood for some loving.

Libido boosting foods include the following - oysters for the zinc levels, watermelon for the amino acid, chocolate or cocoa which acts as a stimulant and asparagus for Vitamin B folate. Avocados, pumpkin seeds, hot chilli peppers, figs and raw garlic are also good.
