Time for the science bit. When you work out, just like when you have sex, the brain releases endorphins, these in turn release sex hormones. On top of that, more oxygen gets to your brain and there is more blood flow to every part of your body. All of this boosts your libido.

But which exercises are best for increasing your sex drive? Well yoga is great for relaxing and flexibility, pole dancing is perfect for strengthening your muscles and making you feel sexy, pelvic floor exercises and Kegel exercises strengthen the right muscles and can boost your sexual sensation and responsiveness.

Emma's other tip for exercising those muscles is unusual but can really work. Put a ripe (aka not hard) banana into a condom and insert it. Squeeze it until it goes mushy. The condom is really important otherwise you could get thrush!
