Low sex drive: How to handle a loss of libido

Sex really can be the best - it's intimate, satisfying and fun. But every now and then, often with no warning, we can find ourselves just not really all that up for it.

Having a low sex drive can be upsetting for you and your partner, who might be wondering if you just don't fancy them anymore. But losing your libido is totally natural and doesn't have to be permanent, so there's no need to panic.

We spoke to some leading experts about where a low sex drive can come from and what we can do to boost our libido.

So what causes a low sex drive, and what can we do to get us back in the mood for some loving?
