Gently massage the balls of each foot with slow, circling motions of your thumb for five seconds, starting below the big toe and moving along to the little toe.

Then, hold each foot in your hands and using both thumbs, massage the arches of the feet (between the balls of the foot and the heel) with slow circles moving backwards and forwards and up and down for 30 seconds on each foot.

Repeat this across the heel of each foot, using firm pressure.
