Get in the mood for sex

 

It's easy to forget you've even been away once your tan has faded and you're back to good old 9/5....and you soon find that sex is just something that keeps getting pushed further and further down your 'To Do' list. 

"When you're stressed, you're not receptive to arousal and passion," says our sexpert. Make the effort not to let life get in the way of sex: set aside time to relax and unwind. A long hot soak in a bubble bath or essential oil bath, or even something as simple as an hour's peace and quiet reading will help you let go and get you in the right frame of mind for nookie.

One bad habit to avoid is vegging out in front of the TV after a hard day at work. Find other ways to relax: massage is far more conducive to sex than watching EastEnders!
