If you're tired and pregnant the last thing on your mind will be exercising but believe us it is worth it.

Although you're not really meant to start any exercise you haven't tried before your pregnancy during your pregnancy, doing a little gentle exercise will help keep your energy levels healthy and combat that tired feeling.

Emma says: "Some regular exercise will be beneficial; do not over-exercise though, walking, yoga, swimming and pilates is plenty."
