See Karren Brady talk kids, career and Sir Alan Sugar

When it comes to women's struggle in the workplace, Karren Brady has alot to say. Having been appointed the managing director of a Premier League Football club aged 23 after having worked her way up, Karren Brady has seen it all. The 41-year old is arguably Britain's most prominent business woman and currently one of the judges in "The Junior Apprentice".

She's now presenting a recent study, conducted by DYMO labeling products, that show women are more effiicient and organized workers than men: According to the research more than 40 percent of men say they miss at least one deadline a month, compared to less than a third of women.

This makes 1 in 20 men have missed out on the promotion because their bosses felt they were so unorganized. While 62 percent of women keep up-to-date with a diary or to-do list, a tenth of men admit they have no structure to their work life whatsoever.

In this video, she explains why she loves being a working mum, why she thinks women are so well equipped for challenges in the workplace and what it is like to work with Sir Alan Sugar...
