Don't eat and drink your money

3. Be a sensible spender

There are a multitude of ways to unnecessarily spend money every day - and most of these involve food and drink.

Justin Sedgmond, Head of www.pricegrabber.co.uk shares how much you can save by making small changes;

Live without your latte:
"Drinking free coffee in the office instead of spending £3 on coffee house coffee every workday can save £15 per week and £60 per month!"

Pack a lunch:
"Buying your lunch and snacks five days a week ends up costing £30 per week. Preparing a daily meal at home with £3’s worth of groceries can yield savings of £15 per week, or £60 per month."
