Relaxation beckons further as you lie-down and experience a heavenly foot massage and reflexology treatment using Elemis Japanese Camellia Oil (£27 for 100 ml-Holly Willoughby is a fan!).

Your skilled therapist will find any kinks that need sorting-out, and probably send you-off to sleep too! A foot mask is applied (Elemis Exotic Moisture Cream Moisturising Mask £30 for 50 ml) and left to work its magic, while your therapist performs a scalp or hand/arm massage (choice is yours!).

Mask is then removed using hot mitts, and finally your choice of colour from OPI nail varnishes is then expertly painted on.
