Warrior yoga DVD: Trudie Styler's yoga workout


What qualities are needed in order to practise this activity?
No qualifications or conditions are necessary for warrior yoga. Tall, short, fat, thin, young, old – yoga needs nothing more than your own body and a space for it to stretch in.

Are there any reasons not to practise warrior yoga? Is this type of yoga unsuitable for some peopled?
If you have any medical condition it is advisable to consult your doctor before embarking on an exercise routine. The DVD is an elementary to intermediate level of practice, so if you’re generally well there should be no reason not to give it a try.

One of the great things about following a DVD in your own home is that you can go completely at your own pace, and stop for a longer breather between movements if you need to.

One single rule applies: you need to make a commitment to yourself to practice 3 or 4 times a week, even if it’s only for 15 minutes each time.
