Arm stretch

Starting position: Standing up with your feet shoulder-width apart, your right arm bent and your right hand placed between your shoulder blades, place your left hand on your elbow.
 
Exercise: Using your left hand, pull your elbow to the left and stretch, breathing out.

How many? 3 sets of 20 seconds, alternating left and right.
