The most obvious and basic advice we can give: get moving! Now’s not the time to slump on your jogging routine. Even just thirty minutes a day of cardiovascular exercise can make a big difference in how you feel—and how you look.

Find an exercise that you like, whether it’s taking a class at the gym, going for a brisk walk or run, or plunging in the pool to swim some laps. Choose one or several and stick to it—make it part of your daily routine.
