Exercises at home

Patricia Braz has the kind of figure that new moms dream about. She got back into shape with some regular exercises that are easy to do at home:

"Squats are a great exercise to help you tone up the thighs and gluteus. In front of a sofa or chair, go down as if you are going to sit down, and stand up again. Aim to touch the seat each time. Repeat 3 sets of 10-15 repetitions.

"Abdominal Hollowing - On your hands and knees, with hands under the shoulders and knees under the hips, keeping the back in neutral position, concentrate on your navel area, and pull that region in and up.

"Perform this exercise several times so you get a feel for the movement. Try and hold this position for as long as you can. Repeat 3 times."
