Biscuits

The difference between ordinary and light biscuits is negligable in terms of calories. However, lighter versions can be much better for you because they contain more protein, cereals and fibre, vitamins and minerals and less fat. Still, all in moderation...

Our nutritionist says: "The difference between normal and light biscuits isn't really worth the effort: between 407 and 87 Kcal for light biscuits and 408 and 493 Kcal for ordinary ones. What they actually contain makes the difference, so make sure you scrutinize the labels!"
