Certain mechanisms work subconsciously, and yet they still control us, which is why it's difficult to go on a diet without feeling frustrated. We're used to wanting what we 'can't' have, when it would be so easy to say yes to another biscuit!

When everyone's eating pizza and you're confined to salad, it becomes difficult to think about anything other than the mozzarella melting in your friends' mouths!

Hypnosis shifts words and perceptions from the left side of the brain to the right side so that you enjoy the salad and no longer want the pizza. The frustration associated with the word 'diet' disappears, you enjoy healthy eating and forget the things you're depriving yourself of.
