The Idea.  Along the lines of the combat sport practised in sports centres, this discipline used feet and fist techniques inspired by martial arts and boxing.  Equipped with special boxing gloves, you box to music, think boxercise in the pool.

The Benefits.  A great, painless and low-risk way to burn calories and tone up without even realizing!
