What made you choose swiming?

My parents got me into swimming.  I wasn’t sure at first, but I fell in love with it pretty quickly.  I love that feeling of gliding through the water when I’m swimming.  It’s a very good sport for overall fitness and excellent for breathing problems, but it’s so gentle at the same time, not too demanding on the muscles, which is what makes it so accessible to everyone.  I get a lot out of it both mentally and physically.
