Christmas drinks


Have a glass of champers to drink everyone's health and a glass of wine (preferably red) with your meal, and you won't go over 150 cal. The rest of the time, keep a water glass filled by your side so that you can stay hydrated, and drink your wine in small sips.

Keep drinking water throughout your meal to make your stomah swell, suppress your appetite and keep your hands busy! Drinking plenty of water will also help you stave off a hangover and avoid stomach upsets caused by rich food.
