Sandwiches and nutrition, lunch

Bad
Sandwiches with fatty meat, cheese; kebabs, Greek sandwiches and paninis
Sandwiches drenched in mayo, vinaigrette or other fatty dressing on white sweet bread

Good
Sandwiches with chicken, turkey breast, tuna, salmon, lean ham or eggs and salad
Wholemeal, wholegrain or Swedish bread

Suggestion:
Buttered ham and salad sandwich + 1 piece of flan + 1 bottle of water.

Ideas:
For a really healthy sandwich, if you're ordering it or making it yourself, go for lean protein, wholegrain bread, lots of salad and a bit of mustard. And look out for shops and chains that serve 'proper' healthy ranges of sandwiches and meal deals such as Boots Shapers.
