Want to know how to blast your body into the best shape it’s ever been? Well you need to get on board with a little prospect called the bootcamp.

The celebs are already big fans, as always - J.Lo, Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Jolie have all given it a go so we think it deserves some attention!

Normally bootcamps take place outside in an open space with a small group of likeminded fitness fanatics and a personal trainer. But not everyone can afford the cost of regular classes or live near an open space so for all of you fitness rejects we can help!

We talked to Personal Trainer and founder of his own bootcamp Beach Body Ready, Tom Cheeseman to find out how you can get your very own bootcamp body.

He gave us his top 5 body blitzing exercises and even chucked in a few diet tips for good measure - generous! According to Tom, working out bootcamp style will fast-track your fat loss as well as being totally easy to do!

“All of the exercises are bodyweight compound movements, meaning that the movements hit more than one joint and more than one muscle group. They target the entire body and create a large ‘metabolic disturbance’, the perfect recipe for fat-loss," he says. “The fantastic simplicity is all you need is your own bodyweight to perform these exercises.”
