So, the eternal debate - organic or not? Is one really better than the other? And what should one look for when choosing a shampoo?

Melissa: "You want to go with what your hair is like. It's very easy now, they've got colour treated lines, lines for curls, lines for smoothing..."

Krystal: "Cheap shampoos are the worst. When in doubt, go for organic, but it's always better to go for quality shampoos, like Kerastase."

Kim: "Aveda has no alcohol in it, and doesn't have any sulfates and has tons of essential oils so it'S not going to be removing colour. It's also really nice to know what's going into your body."

Sarah: "Make sure to buy a pureifying or detoxifying shampoo and use it once a week to get rid of the residue." Organic? "I"ve tried it myself, there's really not that much of a difference. Usually, they don't smell as nice..."
