As a single parent dating you might find yourself torn in different directions. You want to create some happiness for yourself, but your children always come first, which makes looking for a new partner a tricky balancing act.

One of the main emotions that single parents dating can feel is guilt. Guilt that you’re focusing your attentions on something other than your children, guilt that you’re bringing someone else into your children’s life and guilt if your children don’t embrace your new dating life.
