When you're falling for someone, your judgment can become a little hazy. So you might end up picking someone a little shady, or you might not be able to work out if you can trust them or not.

"This often happens most to people in their mid-thirties who have not yet had children -their desire to find someone leaves judgment quite clouded," Christine says.

That's why it's good to ask around people you know you can rely on - your family and friends.

That way you can really work out if you should trust them, and can comfortably trust again.
