Exercise and eat well
When you're down in the dumps it can be really tempting to gorge on ice cream and knock back the booze, but this isn't a good idea if you want to get your ex back.
Bad food and alcohol can actually make you feel worse. If you want to get into a good state of mind you need to eat well and exercise.
That way you'll feel better, plus you'll also look better.
