Our favourite Northern vintage gem is Rags-to-Bitches in Manchester’s wonderfully arty Northern Quarter.
A favourite with Alexa Chung when she’s in town, and Katie Ting Tings when she’s home, this vintage boudoir is a style icon in itself. Beautifully ordered according to category (Curious, Designer etc) it’s a joyful place to browse and, crucially, find the perfect fit.
The dress-making studio on the ground floor means you can have that perfect 1950s dress altered to fit you perfectly, or take advantage of their bespoke dressmaking service (your own creation made from beautiful vintage fabrics).
