How to choose the right bustier dress for your body shape

If you're not blessed up front, hide your lack of curves in a long smock-style bustier or show off your slim figure in a tigh-fitting number. If you're more volumptuous, go for folded or pleated bustiers in materials like organza, with at least a little support.

If you've got an athletic build, opt for a long, flowing dress that will draw attention away from your shoulders. Any style suits slim figures.

If you're full-figured, try little retro numbers like bubble dresses which cleverly cover up wobbly bits. And remember close-fitting shapes like sheath dresses hug curves!

If you're tall, slip into this summer's maxi dresses.

If you're petite, don't drown yourself in a maxi: stick to shorter hems.
