It’s no secret, head-to-toe prints are popular at the moment. Over the last few weeks, we’ve seen them at Miu Miu, Mary Katrantzou, Dries Van Noten... and they’ve also been making their mark in Toronto.

The tye-dye effect velvet pantsuit from Jeremy Laing or the abstract print one from Joe Fresh are a couple of the most interesting examples.

The Korhani Home company (which has been transforming its line of rugs into prêt-à-porter for the last three seasons now) also offered some very interesting blends of oriental-influenced prints, as well as tartan and houndstooth patterns with a punk appearance.

On the subject of houndstooth, it has probably been the busiest pattern of the week, putting in an appearance in no less than 5 shows, including Smythe by Holt Renfrew and Pink Tartan.
