Our Savile Row is world famous, with some of its tailors even taking to the catwalk today. Hardy Amies’ dashing fellows sat amid a traditional English garden scene but it was Ozwald Boateng that really brought the glamour for the guys.
Celebrating his 25th anniversary, he took over the Odeon Leicester Square, surely home to a million red carpet fashion memories, echoing around its hallowed halls.
Actor Paul Bettany has said, “Unless you're wearing Ozwald Boateng you're not dressed properly” and certainly being attired in Boateng’s jewel coloured creations would a dapper man make.
It’s all very well celebrating English heritage, but just as important is dashing off-schedule to catch the unfamiliar or the unknown. D.Gnak was opened by a newly brunette Luke Worrall, perhaps escaping his tabloid notoriety after his relationship with Kelly Osbourne.
Despite the unusual name, the collection was crisp, summer tailoring at its best with unkempt details that would certainly appeal to the British male.
