To get the most out of any wine the trick is to see, sniff, sip and summarize. Four easy to remember S's. We should add that when this sequence is repeated it can lead to feeling sloshed...

These are the steps that you should take when wine tasting. They are fairly easy to learn so don’t worry if you haven’t yet developed your wine palate.  They allow even the most cautious of wine tasters to explore their taste buds and find a wine that suits them.

First up, take the glass of wine and swirl it around in the glass, trying not to spill it. This will get the flavours and aroma's flowing.
