Whether you’re a vegetarian, a full-blown vegan or someone who only observes Meatless Mondays, those who want to eat out in Toronto are certainly not at a loss for options.

With ethnic food options and light fare like smoothies and juices to beer or raw vegan, there is a little something for everybody.

Not ready to commit to being a full-on vegetarian? Try the Vegetarian Association's Veggie Challenge and give up meat for a week. You can win prizes and all sorts of useful information to help start you out along the way. It’s a great way to try and kick start a meat-free diet.
