A cube of sugar in your tea or coffee represents 20 unnecessary calories.  We normally drink more than one hot drink a day as well, so it adds up.  The same goes for sugaring grapefruit, cereal and natural yogourt – learn to cut back and you’ll eventually learn to enjoy the taste without adding sugar.
